Welcome
Olive trees are incredibly strong and hardy and can live for thousands of years. Olive trees not only provide beautiful fruit, but look fantastic and give shade from hot summer sun. Olive trees are ‘evergreen’ so they will not drop their leaves like decidious trees do.
The Olive Tree Farm has a huge selection of well established, healthy field grown Olive trees, all approximately 30 years old. We have both oil and table varieties available.
Now you can purchase these great trees at amazing prices for transplanting into your own garden, courtyard or home for instant beauty, character and shade.
All trees are carefully removed and bagged ready for transport. We will load on to your truck or trailer. Delivery is available at extra cost, depending on quantity and location.
Note that due to difficult and complex interstate government quarantine requirements, we can only service customers in Victoria.
Currently we are only offering Leccino (oil) variety trees.
Kalamata (table) variety may be available by request, but at a slightly higher price, as these trees are not in an area that we were planning to clear.
Tree diameter varies from 15cm diameter to 27cm diameter measured at 40 cm above ground level, with the majority being 19cm to 21cm.
Tree height has been cut back to 2.5 to 2.8 metres tall from ground level (before being cutting back they were 5 to 6 meters tall). Note that for transportation purposes, once out of the ground and in the bag, the tree will be approximately 60cm taller. It can be cut back further of course if neccessary.
Note that we do not replant the tree in it's new location. You will need to arrange site preparation, placement and staking of the tree.

Here is the progress of a single tree that was removed from our large grove and in less than a week was relocated to a stunning courtyard in an historic goldfields town.
Customer comes to collect Saturday morning and together we cut it back to the look they want, and make sure it’s small enough to transport.

On customers trailer, about to head to its new ‘courtyard’ home.

Five days later and it’s already a centrepiece of a courtyard in a gorgeous historic goldfields town. It won’t take long for the foliage to return.
